Bay Vista calls itself a celebration place for a reason. The owner’s events company brings the tables, chairs, linens, florals and lights; the deck, the lawn and the courtyard do the rest.
Birthdays
From a balloon arch and a cake on the deck to a full dinner with a DJ and MC for fifty.
Anniversaries and proposals
A table for two on the rock above the bay, flowers, candles, a photographer hidden in the garden if you want one.
Family gatherings and reunions
The whole family in one house for a long weekend, with a Sunday lunch that turns into an evening.
Showers and sweet sixteens
Maternity and bridal showers on the deck; a sweet sixteen the host still talks about.
Private dinners
A long table under the tree with tropical flowers down the middle, for a group who has something to mark.
Already part of a stay
- Event space for up to 50 guests, with all rentals and décor provided, is stated by the villa.
- Birthdays, a sweet sixteen, a maternity celebration and family reunions have all been hosted here.
- Entertainment (DJ and MC) has been arranged for celebrations at the villa.

- Additional fees apply: celebrations are priced separately from accommodation.
- Celebrations can be booked with a stay or as a day event; day use is for events only.
- Décor is designed with you; send inspiration photos and a colour palette.
- Noise carries on a hillside; music usually ends by a time agreed in advance.

How many guests can a celebration have?
Up to 50 guests, for a wedding, a birthday, a private dinner or any other celebration. Additional fees apply: events are priced separately from accommodation, which is for 8 guests in the villa.
