Bookings made on Airbnb are subject to Airbnb’s terms and the cancellation policy shown on the listing.

Direct bookings

Direct bookings are agreed with Michelle, who then sends an invoice or a payment link. A deposit equal to one night’s accommodation confirms the booking, and that deposit is non-refundable if the guest cancels. A separate security deposit is returned after the villa is inspected, provided nothing is broken. The written confirmation sets out the dates, numbers, inclusions and payment terms for that booking.

Events

Weddings, parties and other events are priced separately from accommodation and have their own payment arrangements. Renting the villa for a stay does not include hosting an event. Day use is for events only.

The house

The villa is let as a whole to the named guests only, for a maximum of 8 overnight guests unless agreed. Events, additional guests and photoshoots require prior agreement. House rules are provided at check-in and in the guest portal.
