Privacy

This website is published by Bay Vista Villa, Ocho Rios, Jamaica. It does not set tracking cookies of its own and stores no personal data on its servers.

What we collect

Nothing, unless you contact us. The enquiry form composes a message in your WhatsApp or email app; it is sent from your device, to us, and is not stored by this website. When you message us, we keep what you send in order to reply and to plan your stay or event.

Analytics

We may add privacy-respecting analytics in future; if we do, this page will say so.

Third parties

Booking through Airbnb is governed by Airbnb’s privacy policy. The contact page embeds a Google Map, which loads from Google when you view that page. Fonts and images are served from this website.

The guest portal

The guest portal keeps the code you enter in your own browser only, so you do not have to type it again during your stay. Nothing is sent to us.
