Grocery & Villa Stocking

Arrive to a full kitchen

A stocked refrigerator, coffee and spring water waiting, a cold Red Stripe on the deck. Nobody wants to shop on the first afternoon.

Send a list before you fly and the kitchen will be full when you arrive: breakfast things, drinks, the fruit that is in season on the property, the ingredients your chef needs.

01

The essentials

Milk, eggs, bread, butter, juice, fruit, snacks and drinks, chosen from your list.

02

Bar

Red Stripe, rum, wine and mixers for the courtyard bar.

03

For the chef

Pre-ordered ingredients for the meals you have planned, so nothing is missing at seven o’clock.

04

From the garden

Ackee, guava, mango, and whatever else the trees are giving that week.

Already part of a stay

  • Complimentary coffee, tea and spring water are part of every stay; a fuller stocking is arranged from your list, at cost.
  • The two acres are planted with fruit trees; the owner will happily show you which is which.

Good to know

  • Groceries are charged at cost plus a shopping fee; send your list at least three days ahead.
  • Special dietary needs are easier to meet with notice; Ocho Rios has good supermarkets and a market.
