Dinner without leaving the villa

Breakfast on the veranda, a long dinner on the deck, a birthday feast for the whole family. Jamaican cooking, in your own kitchen.

The kitchen at Bay Vista was built for this: a quartz island, a gas stove, a full-size refrigerator and the pots a working chef expects. Tell us who is coming and what they love, and a cook can be in the kitchen while you are in the pool.

Ackee and saltfish, callaloo, fried dumplings, fresh fruit from the garden, Blue Mountain coffee. Served on the veranda, or on a floating breakfast tray in the pool.

03

A birthday buffet for thirty on the deck, a Sunday lunch for the family, a rehearsal dinner the night before a wedding.

05

Romantic dinner

A table for two at the front of the property, on the big rock above the bay, with candles lit as the ships leave.

Already part of a stay

  • Complimentary coffee, tea and spring water are part of every stay. A welcome dinner is available at an additional cost, or complimentary with stays of seven nights or more.

  • A floating breakfast tray in the pool can be arranged at an additional cost; buffet dinners on the deck are a Bay Vista habit.
